4th Street Live is an entertainment district just 3 blocks from The Henry Clay.  With shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment, you’ll find something to interest you there.

Waterfront Park is a beautiful park set on the banks of the Ohio River. There are large green lawns, walking areas, a water park for kids, a skate park, and areas just for sitting and relaxing.  Concerts, festivals, sporting events, boat races, and exercising take place in this park. 

Churchill Downs, the home of the Kentucky Derby, is located 10 minutes from The Henry Clay.  There is both a spring and fall racing session and The Kentucky Derby Museum is open year round for visitors.
 

Glassworks is multi-faceted facility that houses 3 working glass studios, 2 glass galleries, a walk-in workshop, daily tours and much more.  The facility is dedicated to the art of glass and also hosts office and residential space.

The Louisville Slugger Museum & Bat Factory is home to the Louisville Slugger bat manufacturing facility.  Home to the Official Bat of Major League Baseball, visitors witness production of the bats and enjoy many interesting exhibits and interactive activities.
