The expansive promenade and charming garden courtyard are common areas for the event spaces on the fourth floor. The wide marble promenade leads from the elevators to the meeting rooms and the lobby of the Beaux Arts Ballroom. Its walls are a gallery of gorgeous full-sized Audubon bird prints, an artful Kentucky touch. The walls of the red carpeted sitting, just inside the beautiful outdoor courtyard, are adorned with hand restored examples of Aubusson Tapestry maquettes, provided by DerbyCityPrints.com. This cozy lounge has glass doors which open to a small outdoor courtyard where Italian lights sparkle above the refreshing space. The garden is filled with greenery in warmer months, and easily accommodates an outdoor bar during good weather.
